Just a few days ago I had a talk with a property seller, He had to sell his property but not in the market value (60 Lacks) but in 1 Crore 25 laks, After explaining the market value, I told them that if you want to sell for so much, then they said that they will give 5 lacks in less, not less than that, I said if you want to buy this property, would you like to buy it at a price that is about 75 laks more than the market? He said no, in market value only… Then I said if you want to sell your property for more, then the answer was if you could, then please leave it, Since then, I have been studying this state of mind but till now I have not been able to find a satisfactory answer, will you be able to help me with this?
